Good Fats ... Fitness Nutrition Block 3 of 3!

Good Fats, I know it sounds crazy ... such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated are important to your fitness training nutrition program or Body Food.

While the body does need good some for proper function, we need to always be on the look out for bad fat. Anything high in "saturated" or "trans" is very bad for your fitness training nutrition, well .. it's just plain bad for you period, and should be excluded from your health diet plan.

Here's a short list of some of the Good:

Natural Peanuts

Natural Almonds

Natural Sunflower Seeds

Natural Peanut Butter

Olive Oils

Fish Oils

Note: Select only natural nuts that are low in sodium. If they are highly processed or loaded with candy or sugary coatings they should be avoided.

Cheese, Milk, Yogurts (All - Low or Fat-free, Skim, etc.)
