Keeping It Fun, Real ... and Exciting!


Fun is the "F" in our "BREAKFAST" plan!

Remember these key points:


1.) Fun

2.) Exciting

3.) Real Life

4.) Your Way

5.) Fitness Training


Key points 1-4 outlined above MUST be built into the heart and soul of your nutrition and exercise program in order for key point number 5 to become a working reality! Follow just this simple advice and your chances for long and continued success are as close to guaranteed as you can get.


So why do we at "TEAM U" make such a big deal about this ... it's because we cannot recall a single training program out there today that stresses these key points! All of the other so called experts are trying to convince you that their way is the only way, and enjoyment is NOT usually even part of their discussion. Personally, we're tired of the "no pain, no gain" mentality.


Simply put ... if you just spend hour after boring hour working out and dreading every instance of it, it won't be long before you are looking for good excuses on why "you just don't have the time", or why "it just isn't working out"!


Are you tired of the gym or trainer that says ... "run longer next time" or "lift more weight next time"? When does longer become long enough?? When does enough weight or enough reps become enough?? Is there ever really an end??


Sadly ... NO! This is their standard fitness program and they're sticking to it. Unfortunately, they have forgotten about YOU and what You need or what works for YOU! At "TEAM U" we have not!


BREAK OUT OF THAT HABIT!!!
