"Body Food" or Fitness Training Nutrition is Where Your Success Starts!


That's right ... your "Body Food" or fitness training nutrition must include the right proteins the right carbohydrates or carbs and the right good fats (Yes ... I said good fats). The single biggest impact you can make on your program is to include each of these three, and in the right amount. These factor in to become the single largest piece of your health success. Whether your goal is dieting, weight loss or whatever!


By now, you have probably already guessed that "Body Food" is the "B" in our "BREAKFAST" plan!

So ...fitness training nutrition or "Body Food" are simply the basic building blocks of good nutrition, better known as your diet. Notice that I didn't say that you are going to "on a diet"!
