Elasticity or Flexibility is Paramount to Peak Fitness Training!

Elasticity is the "E" in our BREAKFAST plan!

Your level of flexibility is of extreme importance to us here at "TEAM U". All of your select exercises should have a stretching component built into the technique. With this focus in mind, you will find that not only do you get a better workout, but you improve the overall stability of your body as well.

As previously pointed out in the resistance section of the "TEAM U" site, there are a number of both

Upper Body Muscle Groups:
Chest

Shoulder and Rotator Cuff (Whole arm focus.)

Back

Biceps

Triceps

Head and Neck

and

Lower Body Muscle Groups:
Quads

Hamstrings

Knees

that can benefit from a regular exercise routine. The difference between the types of training is the focus.

This section, like the aerobics section, is concerned with both FORM and FUNCTION, not how fast you can complete your exercises.
