The tabs are arranged in this easy to remember the acronym, and to help you to have a focused mindset for how all the many facets of a successful nutrition and fitness training program are held together, and also to learn how they work together.
This concept discusses your (3) major "Body Food" groups. It also outlines your (3) exercise segments such as Resistance, Elasticity and Aerobics. The concept further teaches you to build on your knowledge of fitness and nutrition training, and how to do it while having FUN and maintaining a positive "CAN DO!" attitude.
