Attitude Determines Your Motivation, Determination and Success!
Attitude is the "A" in our "BREAKFAST" plan!
Remember these key points, decide what they mean to you and how you would describe them and write them out on paper:
1.) Attitude 2.) Motivation 3.) Determination 4.) Team Work 5.) Fitness Training
As is the case with "Fun", Key points 1-4 outlined above MUST be built into the very foundation of your nutrition and exercise program in order for key point number 5 to become Your mode of operation! Follow this simple advice and your chances for long and continued success will be a joy and an adventure!
Be fairly detailed when you write out these key points. The more precise you can be, the easier it will be to know if you are following them, or if you are at least close to your goal with each.
At "TEAM U" this is important because all too often we see this facet of your success being treated as an "add-on" with most training programs out on the market. At "TEAM U" we believethat it is vitally important for you to have this part of your plan in place (at least outlined) as you begin. It is NOT something to be "arrived at" when you're at wits end and ready to quit.
So how does key point number 4 fit in you ask? Great question ... Here's how!
Having a group of family, friends or peers helping you to follow your written out description of what key points 1 through 3 look like, will help them to know how best to fulfill their activity for key point number 4. Obviously, if you are on target for numbers 1 through 4, then number 5 is simple because you are making positive moves to achieve number 5.
