Aerobics Exercises For: Fun, Fitness, Stability and For Everyone!


Aerobics is the "A" in our BREAKFAST plan!


I believe that we can all agree that this area of exercise is for EVERYONE, and that they should have FUN while at the same time improving both stamina and stability!


These type of exercises do NOT need to be overly difficult or complex, in fact it is better if they are not. While it is a good idea to make them somewhat challenging and to be careful not to become too repetitious, it is more important that you can:


1.) Easily remember them.

2.) Easily flow through the motions.

3.) Easily focus on form and function.


If you're already involved in this type of training today, and you feel that the only thing you are accomplishing is to work up a good sweat and to wear yourself out ... your training is missing the point!

As previously pointed out in both the resistance and elasticity sections of the "TEAM U" site, there are a number of both

Upper Body Muscle Groups:
Chest

Shoulder and Rotator Cuff (Whole arem focus.)

Back

Biceps

Triceps

Head and Neck


and

Lower Body Muscle Groups:
Quads

Hamstrings

Knees


that can benefit from a regular exercise routine. The difference between the types of training is the focus.


This section is more concerned with both FORM and FUNCTION, not how long or how fast you can complete your exercises.
