About Us - The "Who":



This TEAM-U site is built around tons of knowledge, expertise and experience that has been gained from a variety of both professional and fitness "expert" sources, as well as from Mr. Jensen's own fitness training and nutritional experiences over the past several years. Many of the exercises and "Body Food" concepts on the pages of Team-U-Fitness-Training.com have been extrapolated and modified based on advice from both doctors of the medical and chiropractic discipline, licensed physical therapists as well as certified fitness center experts. Team-U-Fitness-Training.com is grateful for the assistance of these individuals and the ever evolving ideas that are now, and those that will be presented on this site in the future.


Mr. Jensen has personally participated in, and successfully completed (4) "Body-for-Life" 12-week programs .... dropping his weight and size from 246 lbs and a size 40 to 189 lbs and a size 34!


Additionally, as of December 2009, Mr. Jensen has achieved Probationary 1st Degree Black Belt status in Tae Kwon Do (World Tae Kwon Do (WTF) associated training). Mr. Jensen is continuing to train hard and is on a pace to test for his Permanent 1st Degree Black Belt in December 2010.

The "What" ... where do we begin? Good exercise and good nutrition directed at YOUR specific needs. No, there are no magical and quick answers.Proper fitness and nutrition are learned over a period of time and then continuously applied over the long haul. The bottom line is that you need the right "Body Food" (nutrition), Resistance training and Aerobic training to achieve your peak performance condition. This Team-U site is dedicated to bringing you as much useful information as possible in all (3) of these areas. Remember though ... keep it simple. A simple, yet effective program is what we will always advocate. If it's simple ... and it works ... You will be more likely to keep doing it and then ... YOU win!! Check out all of our pages for loads of ideas, and we're always updating the site with new things, so check back often!!


About Us - The "Why":



Hello again friend! I introduced myself on the Home page ... but in case you missed it ... I'm Brian J. Jensen, President of "Team-U-Fitness-Training.com". Like you, I'm that regular guy who strives to put together the best program for both my exercise and nutrition needs, which for me is one geared towards success in my martial arts training. Team-U-Fitness-Training.com was created because I was frustrated with the fact that most programs or sites are geared towards body builders, models and such. They didn't really address where I wanted to be. What about the rest of us, I wondered??? The result ..... Team-U-Fitness-Training.com. Join me as we take this journey to improve our health and well being!


Remember, as I have said throughout this site .... Our mission is simple. We're here to help YOU achieve your nutrition and exercise goals, and we'll offer a variety of ideas, because what works for me may not work for you. One last thing ... remember we are a TEAM at TEAM U. YOU are not a number here. We care about YOU! Your personal nutrition, health and fitness training are our primary goal.
