You'll notice right away that this site is different from others, because at TEAM U .. YOU come first, YOU are our reason for being here.



Hi, I'm Brian Jensen, Director of "TEAM U". Like many of you, I'm just a regular everyday normal person who works hard to put together exactly the right program for both my exercise and nutrition needs. I'm not a famous sports figure or a famous show biz person, so I don't have lots of money or time to throw around on fad diets, weight loss plans, or hokey new age exercise plans. I think most of you can identify with that last statement ... YOU are tired of wasting your time and money too! So ... simple, safe and effective are what YOU and I want! COOL!!


That's right ... like YOU, I need and want a REAL and SIMPLE nutrition & fitness training program that works for me instead of against me.


I have struggled through many boring workouts and equally boring books and courses, only to find out that little or none of it really works well for me or meets my needs.

I am frustrated with the fact that most programs or sites are geared towards famous folks, body builders or folks that are in great shape already. At TEAM U we don't make any assumptions about your current ability, and as such this site is geared towards YOUR specific physical training needs, no matter where you're starting from.


For me, it's about being lean and strong. Weight and flexibility training are important to build a body that lends itself perfectly to being just right for martial arts. What's your ideal body plan? Are you a biker, jogger, swimmer ...or maybe all three? Is there a triathlon in your future?


Come along with me and I'll show you how the proper nutrition, exercise and planning can be both FUN and EXCITING, and meet your ideal body plan needs!!


That's right ... I said FUN and EXCITING!!


Even weight and flexibility training can be fun!! Right now there's a whole bunch of "no-pain, no-gain" folks out there saying to themselves .... it isn't about having fun, or about it being exciting. WRONG!! WRONG!! WRONG!! I have found time after time, person after person, that if your program is NOT fun or exciting .... you will NOT be doing it long.

So, get ready to change your thinking! We'll dig into ways to improve your health, with the proper nutrition and fitness training that meets your needs. Sure we'll have tons of exercises and other options on this site to pick from, because what works for me may not work for you. One last thing ...... remember that while we're a TEAM at TEAM U, we're always all about just YOU! YOU are not a number here. Your personal nutrition, health and fitness training are our primary goal. So, let's start eating healthy and let's get exercising!
